What do I need to get started?
Pick your dates, sign a simple contract, pay the $2,500 deposit, receive your easy-to-use rooming list, and start marketing your retreat.
Is the teacher free?
With 15 paying guests, you receive a complimentary Simple and Small room. You can upgrade to the room of your choice for an additional fee.
What if I am a small group?
We have options for smaller groups, including a lovely private house that sleeps up to 12 guests.
What if I am unsure what types of rooms I will need?
We begin by allocating the room mix you think will work best. Once marketing begins, if you need more or fewer rooms of a certain type, we adjust the inventory with you based on availability.
What if I am not hosting a yoga retreat?
We welcome all kinds of groups, including team-building retreats, meditation groups, educational programs, and other gatherings.
What if I do not have a yoga teacher?
We have an assortment of wonderful teachers who can teach your group for an additional fee.
Which airport is closest?
Tulum International Airport is approximately a 50-minute drive, while Cancún International Airport is approximately 90 minutes away.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Our food is fresh, healthy, bountiful, and delicious, and we can accommodate dietary needs. Menus can be vegan, vegetarian, animal-protein focused, or our standard mix.
Do you have spa services?
We do. A wide range of restorative spa services is available on-site throughout your retreat.
Do you have props?
Yes—all shalas come equipped with mats, blocks, straps, and blankets, plus a Bluetooth speaker for music.
Do you have Wi-Fi access?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
Do you have air conditioning?
Yes, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
How does gratuity work?
Rates are subject to 16% tax and a $30 daily gratuity charge per guest.
Do you arrange transportation from the airport?
Yes, our team can coordinate airport transfers for you and your group. Send flight details ahead of time so we can arrange the schedule.
What is the retreat cancellation policy?
CANCELLATION BY RETREAT LEADER If the retreat is cancelled more than sixteen (16) weeks prior to the start date, the deposit will be refunded less $750 USD. If the retreat is cancelled within sixteen (16) weeks of the start date, the deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. CANCELLATIONS BY PARTICIPANTS Cancellations by participants less than three (3) weeks prior to arrival are non-refundable and subject to a charge of two (2) nights based on the occupancy type. This cancellation policy is independent of the Retreat Leader’s own cancellation policy and must be clearly communicated to all participants.
